Sui, Cindy. "Why China is land of opportunity for young Taiwanese." BBC, 26 June 2014. Web. 29 June 2014.

Summary :
Growing number of young Taiwan men are finding their opportunity for jobs and careers in China because of Taiwan's static wages and sluggish economy. They say that they think there are more great opportunity to get in China because China is in progress of rapid changes in economy in good ways. In addition, Chinese employers like Taiwan's young people because they have good Chinese language abilities, loyalty to their companies and good work attitudes.

Persuasive :
I am very interested in this article because I also have to get a job or learn something more after I graduated. I feel sorry for that Taiwan's economy is in depression so young people in Taiwan have difficulty in finding a satisfying job in their country. However, there is a similar situation in Korea too. After I read this article, I realized that I also should find my opportunity not only in Korea but also in abroad.

Hollywood tears through China's cinemas, stirring censorship fears

Helmore, Edward. "Hollywood tears through China's cinemas, stirring censorship fears." the Guardian, 28 June 2014. Web. 29 June 2014.

Summary :
Hollywood feels very happy with the films which is made by them such as Godzilla, X-men, Edge of Tomorrow got the top 5 ranks in the box office of China. To attract Chinese people to watch their movie, they added Chinese scenes in their movie. US films owners are finding Chinese investments to make deals in a hurry. But Chinese entrepreneurs want to protect their homeland from US's cultural violation.

Persuasive :
I think the situation is this article is very desirable state. Chinese tend to ignore other countries' culture and to think that their culture is the best in the world. So, through the inflow of the Hollywood's movies into China, it can change that kind of awareness. In addition, Chinese can select more movies to watch now than before when there were few foreign movies. And also, Chinese movie studios are trying to make movies with better quality not to fall behind the Hollywood's movies, so it even helps the Chinese movie industry.

China claims the oldest person ever recorded

No author's name. "China claims the oldest person ever recorded" BBC, 26 June 2014 .Web. 29 June 2014.
<URL> http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-28035775

Summary :
Almihan Seyiti, a woman in western China asserted that she has just been 128 years old and became the oldest person in recorded history in the world. The oldest person before was Jeanne Calment, French Woman, who died in 1997 aged 122. Almihan Seyiti is still very healthy to enjoy several activities such as singing, playing the musical instrument and so on. However, people who are not Chinese doubt the fact that she is 128 years old.

Persuasive :
I wonder if she is really 128 years old or not like the people who are not Chinese. If this fact is true, then she must have born in 1887. As in this article, birth records in remote area of the 19th Century in China were uncertain, so the age of this woman must have made by mistake. In addition, however healthy the woman is, 128- year-old woman never can do such activities like helping out on the farm. Therefore I think this fact is a fake.
