Summary :
The city, Leicester has become famous because of Diwali, annual celebration of the Indian light festival, which is known to be the largest outside India. Art Council England has granted the city council large amount of capital to look into how future Diwali events could be enhanced.
Persuasive :
I want to participate in this Diwali Celebrations and feel Hindu atmosphere. I think the councillor Manjula Sood is very good person because he try to reflect young generation's wish to the celebrations.
